Phase One: Building a Coalition between Tutors and Instructors

In this workshop, we build a coalition between tutors and instructors to identify individual's needs of all workshop participants -- teachers, tutors, and students and to help each other in situation in which the change introduces uncertainties and turbulences.

  Next, the coalition plans how to use ongoing action research to provide adaptable learning services as needed to perturb the traditional teaching with modern cooperative learning.
