Observations
To build a successful coalition, the need analyses must guide the goals and strategies of the workshop.

Students' learning orientations versus students' choices to utilize the services of a cooperative learning center is presented here by the time students invest in the learning center.

Some students are already in the new paradigm. Those students are independent, active learners.
Some students prefer the security of the old paradigm.
Some students will feel uncomfortable with the change; those students believe that education can not change their life.

Slowing the process of innovation, discoveries and technology integration is important educational element during the change of paradigm. We need qualitative and quantitative data to integrate the efforts of all individuals effectively.
