Results and Future Goals: The future of supported workshop is not clear yet. The facts are that instructors who work alone are burned out and often unrecognized. The non-supported workshops are hard and stressful. There is a level of pioneering the new territory in both workshops; however, the supported workshop is working with constant success and satisfaction.

The future is to supported workshop like a carrier of the rockets followed by a free flight.
